IT IS TIME TO LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE

Join Jenny and Stephanie for a day of ceremony of wild feminine embodiment, connection, healing and ritual photography in the Cowichan Valley for:

  • Reiki healing to clear dense layers of unprocessed anger, rage, grief, and shame.

  • Feral booty shaking to shift somatic patterns around playing small, self-silencing, hiding.

  • Nature connection ritual to resource vitality towards the places that have been unmet, unseen, and exiled.

  • Photography ceremony to unleash your wild feminine embodiment in service to your liberation

  • Sharing and connecting in sisterhood with other women in service to womankind.

About Ceremony

Women have long been disciplined to suppress, reject, and exile our authentic expression of anger, rage, and intense emotions. We are multidimensional beings with so much depth to share from but that depth is so often shamed. Because of this, we hide, we shrink, we pretend we are not powerful, we mask, we perform for validation, for no fault of our own!

What happens when we instead choose to honour our innate wildness and authentic expression as women?

We meet the places within ourselves that we rejected in order to be safe. We reclaim what was lost. We heal the intergenerational belief that it is dangerous to be fully expressed, seen, and known by the world around us. ‘History’ tells us that if we fully embody our fire, we will be burned, not by our own flame but by a culture that fears our power.

It is time to break this patriarchal curse and un-tame our authentic expression so that we may live full expressed. This ceremony is for any woman who is ready to break the spell that keeps her from fully owning her fire, her power, her truth, her wildness.

Now is time for us to rise. These images, and the experience of creating them, will tell the story of our collective healing as women and will live on in you and in your lineage.

IS THIS CEREMONY RIGHT FOR YOU?

You feel rage and grief simultaneously and desire a space to honour these big emotions. The world may be falling apart and you feel deeply impacted by what is happening and yet you know the raw emotions you feel are also the source of your power.

You feel creatively pregnant. You are a creative woman and are ready to push through new creative edges. Perhaps there is a creative vision wanting to move through you, but you need more somatic range in order to meet it.

You're in a transition or threshold. Something is ending, something is beginning, but the ordinary language of your life can't hold what's actually taking place.

You've lost touch with your body as a source of wisdom. This is so normal, especially under the stressful conditions of these times. The depth of your embodiment is fluid. We need to have containers to cultivate depth as we continue to meet the world with our full presence.

You hunger for the sacred but need support (re)connecting to it. You ache for ritual, meaning, and a sense of being held by something larger and to be seen and held by other women, although it might be an edge. feels so right and necessary.

You create for everyone else but rarely for yourself. Your creative energy is the most important resource that you have. The more that goes toward work, family, productivity, the less you are resourced. It is hard to prioritize yourself, you know you need it.

You're ready to stop hiding and start authentically expressing. This ceremony will help heal your fear of being seen but it most definitely about celebrating you, not how you should look or be.

Jenny holds an abiding devotion to the power of a woman’s authentic life and wild interiority. Through eco-somatic practice, ceremony, and embodiment photography— Jenny helps women’s deepest images come alive.

Not only has this work helped Jenny to connect to and reclaim her own wild and creative nature as a woman, but it has connected her with hundreds of other brave and brilliant wild women on a similar path.

Creating wild images with woman has been an incredible journey and I believe that we need to be coming together more to create art.

This offering is prayer for the pathways for cultural renewal and regeneration I believe women are creating through our embodiment, expression, and creativity.

Stephanie Carrasco, Embodiment Guide, Circle Facilitator, Reiki Master Teacher

Stephanie is an eclectic witch devoted to guiding women back home to themselves. Through movement, ceremony, energy healing, and soulful expression, she creates powerful spaces for women to reconnect with their bodies, awaken their inner truth, and reclaim their feminine power.

Stephanies work is rooted in the belief that the body holds deep wisdom - and that through somatic movement, ritual, and self-expression, we can release what no longer serves us and remember who we truly are.

She is passionate about weaving together spirituality, embodiment, energy work, and the natural magic of the world around us. Whether through dance, ritual, teaching, or healing, my offerings are raw, untamed, and deeply transformative.

Known for her grounded yet mystical approach, Stephanie inspires women to embrace their authenticity, trust their intuition, and embody the fullest expression of their soul.

WHY A GROUP
PHOTOGRAPHY
CEREMONY?

Women are the creators of life—birthers, midwives, oracles, seers, healers, poets, artists, mystics. For many of us, we are the first in generations to remember and reclaim our creative gifts, our voices, our medicine.

An important phase of this reclamation work is to brave being seen bellow the persona’s, identities and masks Patriarchal culture has made us wear. Photography Ceremony is an intentional therapeutic space for exposing ourselves to who we truly are. It can also be for marking transitions, honouring what is sacred, and a container for transformation. Done with others, we move together outside ordinary time, establishing liminal space where self-judgement, comparison and fear is suspended. This group photography ceremony bridges the seen and unseen worlds. We are co-sensing, co-creating, and co-habitating with the primal feminine wisdom body—accessing something larger than ourselves. This might be your greatest edge but I also believe it is the path we are destined to walk together towards deeper belonging, authentic expression and aliveness.
