October 21st, 11:00 am pst
Online Ceremony for women feeling and healing from the wounds of patriarchal violation through the story of the Well Maidens. Participants will receive the Celtic myth and be guided through a somatic imagination practice followed by a writing circle, sharing, and prayer.
What to Expect
Everything offered is an invitation, not a requirement. No writing experience is necessary, and you are always welcome to participate in your own way and at your own pace, including resting, listening, or simply being present. You need only an openness to listen and to be touched by your own relationship to your inner wellspring.
You are drawn to mythic stories about the feminine.
You sense that the ache you carry as a woman can be healed through story.
You want to embody in your deepest stories, especially as a woman who has been violated.
You are curious about mythic embodiment and story as a spiritual practice, whatever your relationship to storytelling.
Discover story as an instrument of healing.
Trace the thread of story through the Celtic tradition and the mystical art of listening to the land and body.
Explore story as a muse
Get curious about how mythic story can transform your ache for this world toward creative expression
This is a trauma-informed space but does not offer therapy for those navigating acute trauma responses.
Recording available.
