My name is Jenny Holden, founder of Infinite Body Studio. I invite you into an exploration and embodiment of your innermost landscape where you engage with your essence and expand into your most authentic expression.
My creative process is to guide and support you into radical self-love, sacred witness and celebration of your deepest truth, beneath the masks and persona. I combine photography, embodiment, eco-somatics, storytelling and ritual to create art that comes from your soul.
I am based on Vancouver Island and am available for international bookings.

Wild Body
A Journey into the Wild Feminine Mysteries
This session is for the woman called to remember and reclaim her primordial wisdom. We dive into direct somatic experience with the earth. I support you in invoking and connecting with the Wild Image that wants to express through your embodiment, accessing heightened states of vitality and resourcing as you shed patterns that restrict (and even shame) your most authentic expression as a wildly embodied woman.

Why choose an Infinite Body Creative Ceremony?
We all need to be seen. Women, especially. So many women cary generations worth of silencing and shame. This wounds not only block our authentic expression, but are the source of our disembodiment and disconnection.
The images we create together, and the emotions and sensations that they invoke, can be scary. It takes courage to bring our authentic, wild, mythic, medicine images outwards. Working with Creative Rites or Ceremonies hold us in a brave place for facing and alchemizing these fears.
There is no right time for this work because our soul is always seeking direct experience with the infinite within each of our bodies.
Meet Your Guide
I’m Jenny.
I know in my blood and bones that the artist’s path is the most authentic path for me. For the last 7 years I have devoted my life to developing this body of work. Therapeutic photography was the primary tool that guided me through my own dark night of the soul a decade ago. Since then, I have held well over two hundred creative ceremonies for women seeking a deeper connection to their body, soul, and the earth.
Therapeutic photography is a form of self-therapy that has been a field of study and practice since the 1970s. The traditional form of therapeutic photography is how I began this work in 2017. Infinite Body Studio offerings developed over many years of practice and learning in this work.
I believe that images are medicine that help us to remember who we truly are. My entire life transformed when I began to take self-portraits. Infinite Body Studio was born through my own sacred emergence, thanks to my camera and willingness to see into my own depths,

Absolutely not. Many of my clients choose this and I support them over the course of the ceremony to feel safe being seen in this way. It can be an empowering and healing choice but one that you get to make.

This is a common experience and many of my clients come into working with me feeling this way. In fact, sometimes it is a major motivator. There are valid reasons for not liking the experience of having your photo taken and I honour, respect and seek to learn about that experience. I offer a variety of eco-somatic techniques that greatly diminishes the dis-ease that is very normal when being photographed. Most of my clients report moments of discomfort and anxiety becoming doorways of liberation into authentic expression.

This happens and I am here to support you in seeing and embracing the authentic beauty that is YOU! I only share images that I feel your essence shining through. Sometimes this can be uncomfortable and challenge some of the narratives we have about what we think we should look like. I can offer support in the integration process if you find it difficult to receive the images.

Once we have a discovery call and should you decide to book a session, I will send you an invoice based on the vision that we discussed in our discovery call. You should budget a minimum of $1,000 and be prepared to pay a 50% deposit. Once deposit is paid your session is scheduled in (we work together to pick an appropriate date and location). I will send you a questionnaire which will help inform the planning process. We will have a preparation call at least a week before the session.

The base package includes 5 images. You will be able to view the entire gallery and make your selection and purchase additional images.

The fee you pay covers personal use liscencing. That means that if you would like to use the images for marketing and promotional purposes relating to a business, product or service, you will need to purchase a ‘commercial use licence’. I would recommend that if you want to use images for your business that you request the Medicine Body Session which includes 2 mentorship sessions and a full gallery of images.

Yes. My preference is to work on the lands that I am most connected to in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island but I will travel. There will be a fee involved over 25 km from Cowichan.
