Courage is an inner experience. No one can give us their courage, although we can certainly be inspired by others. In order to create works of art, poetry, offerings, novels, songs, whatever it is, we must first dig into the soil of our own creative energy, flow, and terrain.

In this workshop, we will explore:

• Our embodied reatioship to arousal, discomfort and overwhelm from an eco-somatic perspective. Core principles and practices for creating more space in your body for creative energy to move

• Tools and tips for tracking your creative energy flow (and resistance to it)

• The non-ordinary states of consciousness of the creative feminine landscape

As we learn and repattern our relationship arousal as a creative force, we begin to reconnect to the Animate. We begin to widen our capacity to be with the creative surges and contractions that take up space in our bodies when a creative vision comes to us. The more we connect to our bodies and the earth, the more we receive in the form of creative energy.

In this workshop, we will explore:

• Our connection to the Anima (feminine) for your creative landscape

• Tools and tips for creating flow and structure in your creative process and practices

• The life/death/life cycle of creativity by releasing ego attachments to particular outcomes and ideas of how creativity should look.

In this workshop, we will be

• Connecting to the animus (masculine) of your creative process

• Connecting to felt sense energies of creative projects that want to move through your body.

• Creating somatic space for emotions such as fear, distrust, doubt and grief so that you can create a strong resonance with the creative muses

• The poetry, potency, and prophecy of your unique creative impulses

• Connecting to eros in order to activate courageous action
