CREATURA

8 Week Immersion to Embody and Express Your Deepest Truth

Fall 2026

THESE TIMES CALL UPON WOMEN TO EMBODY AND EXPRESS THEIR
UNTAMED TRUTH

And yet so many of us are cycling in patterns of people pleasing (to stay safe aka small), by-passing (to avoid taking full responsibility for our power) and avoidance (of the discomfort of holding our medicine with integrity).

A woman’s wildish self offers her the range, resource, and resilience to fully embody and express her truth. The loss of our innate instinct impacts our access to our creative life and this is not by accident…remembrance and reclamation is a conscious life path. Walking with us along this path is an Inner Figure, and Archetypal Energy, a Wild Woman Force. Creatura is an eco-somatic ritual immersion where we meet our wild feminine nature as she seeks to come more fully alive through us. This online immersion is a doorway to experience your deepest embodiment and expression and will serve to catalyze your creativity.

The greatest choice of creation we can make as women is to embody and express our Truth

Raw, untamed mess and all.

Fear of our wildness is one of our greatest blocks as women. When we walk ourselves home to our innate wildness we offer transformation to those around us, simply by being.

We need only create a doorway for the wild feminine to enter. Our body is the doorway. Our expression is the invitation for Her to enter. Creatura—as an archetypal feminine force—is ever-present, but we need to step away from ordinary consciousness and into another reality in order to engage her medicine.

This is an invitation to participate in her magic in service to your creative nature, authentic expression, and embodied power.

These images capture so much depth and beauty, to be seen with other women in our wildness, tenderness and all that we are is such a gift.  It is a prayer that all women have the freedom to express themselves fully and to know sisterhood.  I will definitely be doing more photoshoots with Jenny, the way she holds the container and invites us to explore our edges and the land is profound.  It was such a beautiful experience. - Sah, Creatura Participant

WHY CREATURA?

Women are the creators of life—birthers, midwives, oracles, seers, healers, poets, artists, mystics. For many of us, we are the first in generations to remember and reclaim our creative gifts, our voices, our stories, our medicine.

Creatura is an intentional space for exploring and move through the blocks around expressing ourselves as we truly are. We all have the need to authentically express, to share our stories, to take up space, and this can be hard due to so many factors. We can acknowledge these factors while also building range, resource, and resilience around our authentic expression.

Are your ready to commit to your untamed expression?

The Arc of the Journey

Week 1 — Crossing the Threshold

Leaving the domesticated world and entering the body as the gateway into the archetypal Wild Woman. We learn how to navigate the threshold between worlds, eco-somatic practice as gateway into the territory of our deepest truth.

Week 2 — Meeting Creatura

Weaving intention with the imaginal realm as experiential territory by inviting and invoking imaginal fertility, meeting edges around wildness (shame, numbness, fear of visibility, performed wildness) and exploring a direct, personal encounter with the Wild Woman as inner figure.

Week 3 — Seeing Through Her Eyes

Reclaiming the lost art of seeing through instinctual perception; the camera as ceremony, not capture. Teaching: interoception as the channel of the wild image, instinct vs. fear, oracular sight. Practices: Perceiving with Greater Depths (mirror/bone practice), then the first image ceremony — the Wild Woman Eyes Self-Portrait, including the First Seeing and Bone Reading. Live: seeing practices + preparing the ceremony.
Outcome: her first wild image, made from the body — and the discovery that she can read her own images like story.

Week 4 — Courageous Crossroads

Where the journey personalizes. Teaching: the body seeking reunion with Earth; the four Earth Embodiment Pathways and their soul symptoms — Shadow (I seek to ACCEPT my full self), Grief (to FEEL), Beauty (to LOVE), Soul (to KNOW). Practice: the Discernment ritual — letting the body, not the mind, choose her path. Live: pathway teaching + somatic discernment; she declares her path to the circle.
Outcome: she knows which medicine her soul is actually asking for — this is the moment the course becomes hers*.*

Week 5 — Walking Your Pathway
The apex ceremony. Teaching: contracting the creative ceremony. Practice: the full Pathway Journey — 2–4 hours on the land with her camera, walking her chosen path (shadow, grief, beauty, or soul) as embodied ceremony. Deliberately a spacious week: no new concepts. Live: shorter integration circle — what the land gave, what the images hold.
Outcome: a body of images made from ceremony rather than performance, and lived proof that her body knows the way through.

Week 6 — Care for the Wild Soul (Ch. 4)
Teaching: soul tending vs. self-improvement; the Practice of Regard — sustained, loving attention without agenda, seeing herself as soul sees her. Practices: daily regard practice with her Week 5 images; soul-tending altar; tending the revealed story. Live: regard practice with images in real time.
Outcome: a permanent shift in how she looks at herself — from critical assessment to witness. For most women this is the deepest rewiring of the course.

Week 7 — The Courage to Be Seen (Ch. 5)
Teaching: embodied courage as distinct from dissociation-dressed-as-bravery; somatic discernment; consent as the foundation of brave space. Practice: choosing one image to bring to circle. Live: the Witnessing Council — each woman is seen with her image, received with regard, in a consent-based container. The emotional summit of Creatura.
Outcome: the visibility wound met directly and survived — she has been fully seen and remained sovereign.

Week 8 — Walking the Mythic Path (Ch. 6)
Teaching: descent as necessary passage (Inanna at the gates), skills of the long path — endurance, rhythm, rest — and walking in repair of lost lineage. Practices: story-threading her 8-week arc; writing her own myth. Live: Emergence Ceremony — closing the container, blessing the path forward, and naming the doorways beyond (ongoing practice, community, and for those who feel the call to hold this for others: the practitioner training).
Outcome: she leaves with a practice, not just an experience — and a mythic narrative of her own becoming.

IS THIS IMMERSION RIGHT FOR YOU?

You feel rage and grief simultaneously but don’t know how to direct these big emotions. The world may be falling apart and you feel deeply impacted by what is happening and yet you know the raw emotions you feel are also the source of your power.

You feel creatively restricted. You are likely already a creative woman but as the world changes and become more challenging we are called to embody something deeper, to push through new creative edges. Perhaps there is a creative vision wanting to move through you, but you need more somatic range in order to meet it.

You're in a transition or threshold. Something is ending, something is beginning, but the ordinary language of your life can't hold what's actually taking place.

You've lost touch with your body as a source of wisdom. This is so normal, especially under the stressful conditions of these times. The depth of your embodiment is fluid. We need to have containers to cultivate depth as we continue to meet the world with our full presence.

You hunger for the sacred but need support (re)connecting to it. You ache for ritual, meaning, and a sense of being held by something larger and to be seen and held by other women, although it might be an edge. feels so right and necessary.

You create for everyone else but rarely for yourself. Your creative energy is the most important resource that you have. The more that goes toward work, family, productivity, the less you are resourced. It is hard to prioritize yourself, you know you need it.

You're ready to stop hiding and start authentically expressing. This ceremony will help heal your fear of being seen but it most definitely about celebrating you, not how you should look or be.

“Working with Jenny feels like moving across the great river marking life from death, waking from dreaming, or what we hilariously think we know from what we know we don’t know. The embodied, in-mother-nature experience of approaching the river of mystery, entering, being enveloped, swimming, dwelling, deepening, wandering, lingering, all the while moving and crossing, then surfacing, fully emerging, and stepping onto and resting on the other shore. This dynamic in itself, this process, is the sacred stuff.”- Chantell Foss, 5 Rhythms Teacher

Hi, I am Jenny,

As an embodiment photographer and depth guide, I have an abiding devotion to the power of a woman’s authentic life and wild interiority. Through eco-somatic practice, ceremony, and embodiment photography— I help women’s deepest images come alive.

Not only has this work helped me to connect to and reclaim my wild and creative nature as a woman, but it has connected me with hundreds of other brave and brilliant wild women on a similar path.

Creating wild images with woman has been an incredible journey and I believe that we need to be coming together more to create art.

This offering is prayer for the pathways for cultural renewal and regeneration I believe women are creating through our embodiment, expression, and creativity.
